Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, you’ll be transferred to your hotel, one of the luxurious hotels in Nepal. Later, the day entails an immersive experience of the finest heritage architectural sites & a sacred monastery.
Today, you would embark on a chartered plane tour exploring aerial views of Nepal’s most spectacular Himalayan ranges. Later visit some more stunning sacred heritage sites like the magnificent frescoes at Pashupatinath temple, Swayambhunath Stupa, Pottery square, and the architectural treasure trove Bhaktapur, to name some.
After a sumptuous breakfast, embark for your flight to Pokhra. Today is day of indulgences & relaxation. Enjoy a boat ride at the scenic Phewa lake with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Pause to visit the Mountain Museum, Davis Falls, and the Bindybasini Temple, and enjoy a relaxing lunch at a lake-front café, a great location for people watching and simply soak up the hustle-bustle of this charming town.
Today you’ll take a short, delightful hike from your lodge to first-hand experience the day-to-day lives & culture of the Gurung tribes. Later, if time permits, trail down to the Bijyapur river before ascending back to the lodge.
Prepare for a truly unforgettable experience: game drives in Chitwan National Park. After an early breakfast, depart for your next destination. Your hotel is yet another gorgeous property with equally gorgeous location & river views. Later in the day, head deep into the jungle, as you drive through dense grasslands and along the riverbank. This terrain is known for its rhinos, wild elephants, tigers, and several herbivores and birds.
Today you’ll have a wide variety of excursions to choose from. Apart from your game drives, you can also enjoy a nature walk with a naturalist, bird watching, a river safari, and a guided photography walk in the wilderness. In the evening, enjoy a fantastic cultural performance by the local Tharu tribe. The Tharus are known for their prowess as elephant handlers and for their rich, storied culture.
After an early breakfast, depart for Kathmandu. Before driving to your hotel for the final leg of the journey, take a detour to Patan. Explore the Royal palaces of the Malla era. Get inspired by the carved temples, elaborate palaces, fountains and baths that date back several centuries as you stroll through Durbar Square. Later return to Kathmandu, the rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner would entail a delectable fare of Nepalese traditional cuisine at a renowned restaurant.
