Banjaar Tola

Untamed & Unique

Perched on the banks of the Banjaar River, Banjaar Tola overlooks stunning views of Kanha’s jungle landscape. Two groups of 9 tents each are nestled on 90 acres of private Sal forest, interspersed with wild grass and a seasonal lake.

Each cluster has its own pool, lounge and dining areas. Each luxurious tented suite has a very light ecological footprint, and uses natural substances such as bamboo, in its design.

The interiors are enhanced with tribal touches such as Bastar bell metal work, Gond art, and stone carvings. The cuisine draws on tribal traditions, blended with all-time favourites to create an eclectic and delicious spread.

The team is warm and welcoming, and immediately makes you feel at home. Well-trained naturalists, excellent chefs and discreet staff make this property delightful.

Each tented suite is spacious and features a large private, wooden deck that overlooks the river. With just 18 tents and an enormous acreage, the property is like a private reserve and attracts a host of birds and small animals. Intimate and discreet, Banjaar Tola is a luxurious forest hideaway.
