Phillip Kutty’s Farm is authentic Kerala at it’s best. Situated on a working farm, the property is tucked away on a small island, amid the backwaters and lush greenery, near Kumarakom in the south of Kerala.

You will stay in villas which are spacious, independent and located on the outer dyke facing the backwaters.

Each villa is furnished with antiques, and has magnificent carved doors and windows, that have been collected over a period of time.

A thatched central pavilion offers you beautiful views of the farm, and the family arranges for guests to gather and dine together under its roof.

The matriarch of the family oversees the kitchen and you dine on delectable Syrian Christian cuisine, with southern Kerala ingredients and plenty of seafood. Rural Kerala is full of serendipity, and Phillip Kutty’s farm brings out the untold delights of living on the backwaters.
